Ultra Carb’s formulary contains something called Inhibanol™, which is just another patented name for Phaseolamin, which is a protein derived from White Kidney Bean Extract. This protein contained in the White Kidney Bean Extract is alleged to stop the digestive system from metabolizing carbs; for all intents and purposes, it creates a shield between the carbs and the digestive enzymes, so that the pasta or bread you eat passes through the system with being digested.
