The author, Jorge Cruise, seems to have found his niche in the diet market for quick weight loss methods; his other books include the titles The 3-Hour Diet On the Go and three separate 8 Minutes in the Morning books, one devoted to abs, one to hips and thighs, and the other for people who wish to lose 30 pounds or more.

His diet includes a lot of vegetables and he is opposed to low-carb diets, claiming that those will make dieters fat. However, since the cookbook is not yet on the market, very little information is available on it. We could not find any sample recipes, customer reviews or even a synopsis. Instead, we found information about all of the other books Jorge Cruise has written.

The concept of eating small meals more frequently throughout the day to aid in weight loss is not a new one, as many nutritionists and personal trainers have advocated this theory for years, suggesting that keeping the body fueled, can prevent it from crashing.
As mentioned, we cannot actually see a sample recipe or menu to determine how healthy the meals are. However, there are several products on the market sold under the “3-Hour Diet” name, mainly energy bars with different flavors. It is not clear whether or not these bars are included in the cookbook, but we feel it is possible that the cookbook could be a tool for promotion of these products.
Consumers may be more interested in other methods of weight loss that include daily supplementation.

His books promoting just 8 minutes of exercise in the morning, and the few books on this diet, all promote his theory that frequency and regularity can lead to change. Unfortunately, since this cookbook has not yet been published, at time of print, we cannot determine the healthiness of the recipes, and we do not have any customer reviews or medical endorsements at this time.
We feel that, overall, it may be wise to save the money and seek out a diet program that can accompany an existing meal plan. Seek a proven capsule that can be included effectively with any plan.
