BMF Hardcore EXN contains Bitter Orange, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Pantothenic Acid, Ephedra in the form of Ma Huang, Guarana Seed Extract, White Willow Bark Extract, Ginger Root, L-Tyrosine, L-Carnitine, Magnesium Phosphate and caffeine in the form of Guarana Seed Extract.

L-Tyrosine is an essential amino acid important for the neurotransmitters dopamine, norephrine, adrenalin and epinephrine. Use of Tyrosine is suggested for depression and hypothyroidism, among other ailments. L-Carnitine is an amino acid derivative which is beneficial to cardiac function.

One daily serving may provide an energy boost prior to a workout. We like that it contains bitter orange extract for its safe fat burning abilities; however, Advantra Z ® is a patented form of bitter orange extract that affects that system similarly to ephedra without the negative side effects.
